My project is near finishing and I’m in the middle of adjusting my carburetors for my pod filters. I just need a little help of course. The bike runs good with the pod filters, before I started syncing my carbs. The bike would run nice and why not but I noticed one cylinder wasn’t running right. I felt my exaust pipes to make sure all cylinder were going and I found out the first one was still warm and not as hot as the other three after running a bit. So I used my carb balancing tool (the one with the 4 dials) and I noticed the 1st cylinder was way off. I figured that was the issue. So I used my screw driver and started adjusting the butterfly to match. As I was trying this the rpms started getting higher and higher. Unsure of why this was happening I automatically thought it was getting too much fuel now so I turned the mixture screws down a bit. Now that I did that the bike doesn’t want to start up. I’ve have the carbs completely apart and cleaned. I have the dyno kit installed with 42 pilot jets installed and the 118 main jets installed with k&n filter pods and a 4 to 1 free flow exaust with a slip in that’s pretty much straight piped. Sound pretty sweet actually. Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys!

return mixture screws to where you had them.
when idle climbs during sync turn idle knob down.

if a cylinder is running cold check to be sure jets are in proper place air and main and pilot fuel jets.

when syncing sync 4 to 3 then 1 to 2 them 1&2 set to 3&4 set.

using a color tune to set mixture screws is a very helpful thing.

by manual warm bike untill it responds to throttle with rpm set to 1050 rpm
sync carb 1 to 2 usine #1 screw

    then sync 4 to 3

    then 2 to 3

then set idle to 1050 to 1100 rpm with throttle stop knob(idle knob)

if you have a cold pipe open the mixture screw some then start your sync

What engine? 42/118 are super lean for 750 and your mods.
