Seen an Instagram post from murraycarbs saying they have xj carbs. Was wondering if anyone has a set on and how they like them if so.

Those are about 1/2 the cost of my whole bike.
Replacement OEM type manifolds aren't hard to get at all.

I think you lot over that side of the pond are nuts. You have @chacal selling genuine, or as good as, parts. You have a carb guru who rebuilds them for fun (and some beer tokens no doubt). So why contemplate anything else?
I understand Canada import duties may make things harder, but over here we're well stuffed.

Yep, no shipment under $ 165.00 (or so, it fluctuates with the exchange rate) to the UK, and same thing to most of Euroland (monkey-see, monkey-do). ......since all of these areas decided it's a great idea for product SELLER to collect the import taxes and customs fees and etc. in advance, and then register with HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs) or with the Belguim theftocrats (for Eurostan) and report/remit those taxes collected to them every month....ain't happening, Charlie, collect your own g-d fees yourself (just like you have for the last, oh what is it.......the last 300 years or so?). BUT.....ladies rejoice.....perfumes and toilet water (yep.....) are exempt from these regs, and small value shipments of those products don't require this insane burden on individual sellers.

At least the other major Crown Properties (Australia, New Zealand, Canada) still do things the old-fashioned way and collect their own taxes and fees, and don't draft the population of the rest of the world to do their dirty work for them.
