Carb help Twin cities/South burbs

    I’m needing to redo the carbs on my 650J, and have never done them before.
    Little info.
    This is my first bike, and only learning how to ride and fix my bike. I got this bike for less than 500, and it turned and cranked.

    When I got it I wasn’t getting any real spark, cleaned and gapped them.
    Got spark on 1&4, but not 2&3.
    Cleaned a bit more, got spark on 2&3.

    Now working on getting fuel....
