    Numbers look good.

    Chacal has them.
If you have a generous Yami dealer near you they may swap them out for ya.

I'd be little suspect of something, when 2 of your intakes measure .30

Just had the engine apart valves and cams look good. Anything else I should be looking at.

Maverick did you type the intakes in wrong? When the valves wear we use thinner shims you are going thicker, did you change the cam?

    those are the correct numbers

here is everything I can think of on it.

No changes to the valves or cams, everything torqued to spec on reassembly, 18k miles, taken apart and together following haynes, didn't check before tear down, torn down due to seized rings on cylinder 2 or 3 (can't remember right now which), only spun by hand for timing check and clearance measurements since reassembly with no problems, gaps checked with my shiny new feeler gauges.

PO must have done it then did you ride the bike before you had to rebuild top end?

nope I haven't run it at all yet. came with carbs off. Po got scared when he saw one of the slides seized in the carb.

Ps. I knew the bike had some issues that is why I got it. I wanted something to tear apart and see if I could fix it.

Looks like your on the right track PO probably screwed up the valve shims on the intakes and bike would not make any power if it would even run at all. Good Luck
