I bought a 2001 gsx750f the clutch slips at high rpm. Still pulls pretty good down low.
The oil has been changed, with correct oil.
As soon as i go to pull the clutch it enguages within a finger width. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I also adjusted the cable. But cant seem to get it to engage in a diff spot on the leaver.
Do i need to replace friction plates, springs , or just replace everything and the clutch cable.

If you dont notice it at lower rpms I would probably do the clutch plates and springs for sure. See how the cable moves once disconnected. You may be able to get away with only lubing the cable but they do wear and stretch
