    guys, have a question:

Are iridium spark plugs is a good choice for such bikes?

I mean in terms of fuel efficiency, power, reliability etc?

Maybe it is more applicable for cars engines or simply just marketing?

Maybe someone instaled these badboys and I want to hear ur feedback

    Thanks!

Only to your wallet, I've used them, can't tell any difference, other people I know reckon they've had better starting and idle

I've seen posted on this forum that the iridium plugs can cause issues with the TCI box. I'd steer clear.

The idea with iridium plugs is they are more effective for a longer life.

The main use of them is in engines where they are a total bitch to get to. Case in point early Mazda v6's only had them on the back bank.

As for performance, you could argue that you might see a small increase but I doubt the average but dyno could measure it.

The std pointy electrode plugs on my mgv6 did 30k on petrol, then another 90k on gas (lpg). Still good gaps after all that. Just buy some ngks and don't worry about them. Pull them out once a year so they don't seize in the threads, check colour, refit.
