    Hello all.
I have a XJ650 which ive converted to a dual disc brake using the maxim setup. My issue is i can not get any pressure in the master cylinder ive gone through 3 bottles of brake fluid and i now have little to none resistance in the lever. Ive tried the syringe method, sander method, banging the lines, ive bleed every part of this system and still nothing. This master cylinder im using was from the single disc setup and did work good.
Any advise would be gteatly appreciated.

Pretty sure you'd need the master cylinder from the dual disk setup. The single won't pass enough volume to be able to effectively power two calipers.

Your right. I managed to get a master of a xj750. I have lower bars so this master fits perfectly and level. Installed it, did a quick bleed so far way better than the other one.
    Thanks
