found a bike for my son

    I was browsing for a while, found this deal.

    it's a 1982 seca 750 with 15k miles.
    I haven't seen it in person, but my wife's cousin looked at it for me, he said the only negatives, are a worn back tire and leaking front fork seals.

    I called the guy and said we will take it for $1000

    here is a picture, I haven't told my son yet, he wanted to go and get it last night, but it's a 5 hour drive. we will go and get it on friday.

    not bad looking. i dont really know what to 'warn' you about (what to look for) but if theres any issues you know everyone here can help...

    i just gave $1200 for this one with 17K on the odo...

    he's been driving my 1982 750 maxim around town the last two weeks since he got his permit, and before that he wore out a ttr-125.......
    that's a little bit of saddle time...

    he likes my maxim so much, when I saw this one, I though, wow the same bake basically.

    now youll need a set of 650s (1 seca and 1 maxim) and then a set of 550s...
