The TEST for Accurate Timing is Manual.

Start at TDC with the Cam Indicators (Arrows or Dots) lined-up with the respective Markers (Timing-marks or Bullseye Holes).

    Then, ...

The Engine is Turned-over ... S-L-O-W-L-Y ... by hand, ... through two complete cycles.
    Four Crank Revolutions.
And, brought to a STOP at TDC.

The Alignment Marks are inspected once again.

If the TIMING is Correct, ... there should be NO error in alignment.
Any deviation requires the Engine to be Re-Timed from scratch.

Marks line up, so I'm assuming timing is good. Awaiting comp tester from good ole Harbor Freight should be in this week. Bike Cranks and fires and idles fine, touch the throttle and it cuts off completely. Again! What now...ugh.
