How stupid was I?

    So ordered some emgo turn out mufflers for my 1982 xj650 Maxim. Got looking at it today and realized that the cross pipe is part of the mufflers which I didn't think they were. Is there any chance I can even install the mufflers or did I waste money

    if you read kens answer to you on FB( he is a member here ) he welded a pipe between the mufflers to recreate the connection. you can get by with out the interlink
