Maxim Guages?

    Need some info on wiring here, got an 82 Seca 650 from a friend of mine, bike was pretty hacked up and needed a new frame since I have no time or the skill set to make a custom bike. Was able to find a mint frame for a maxim, got all the body panels and parts to make it into a maxim bike, but still has the seca harness. Is there any way to adapt the maxim gauges into this as the seca has a cable tach and the maxim does not?

    XJ4Ever sells a blanking plate for the tachometer drive. The electronic tach is driven by the low side of the #1/2 coil. I think there is a write up that will help you with the process. I'll do a search for you this weekend if you can't find it.
