needle valve assembly stuck body

    I can not remove the valve body it wiggles thats it. the oring seems to be my problem.
    how do you get them free?
    did Kroil for a few days from the bowl side. no luck yet.

    what works best to soften o rings?

    This Part brass item with screen on top

    rest of carbs came apart easy and very clean to start with looks like new needle valve (like picture) with original seat.

    it wiggles so it is not metal to metal ,

    Which part exactly are you talking about?
    Float needle?
    Float needle seat?

    Found that the ol' propane torch was pretty great at destroying fuel rail o-rings. Pocket knife worked pretty well too.

    Not really sure how to remove it without destruction. Maybe gentle heat and a small rounded off flathead?

    Sometimes. WD-40 is a moisture displacement spray; not a penetrating oil or lubricant.

    This problem was solved months ago.

    put it in some boiling water for a few minutes.
