I have a noise like vibration at about 3500-4000. Not noticed at any other range. It runs fine and feel no reel vibration, more of a noise. Any idea of what is going on. Can't find anything loose.

Does the noise/vibration occur in all gears in that RPM range, or only in top gear?

Try Manually taking the slack out of the Cam Chain.

You might just be hearing the Infamous ... Middle Gear Whine ... Driveshaft bikes sound like that.

Chain drivers get to hear chain slap!
