Would you reuse an oil filter with only 100 kilometers on it?

I only change the filter every-other oil change. Now if the oil had to be changed because of fuel contamination, or some other non-typical reason, the filter gets changed as well.

Near $30/750ml U.S., but that varies from county to county due to taxes. I've gotten it for under $25 when traveling.

Jack is ubiquitous, and cheap, and crap. Good for mixed drinks though.

I do agree about Jack it's like drinking gasoline. My oldest son is the jack /cola drinker
I prefer SoCo or a good single malt with just one ice cube. If I go to a party I'll take SoCo because nobody I know drinks it!

Well since this is a whiskey drinkers thread now, I'm a markers mark fella myself.

I'm going to go ahead and plug Bulleit frontier whiskey. Price to quality ratio can't be beat!

Evan Williams is in my bargain basement wheel house.
Admittedly in certain circles I am called a whiskey whore and will (in the right cicrcumstances) drink just about any of the brown juice.

    Glenfiddich is my choice.
Although I tried a bourbon that was very different but nice in its own way.

In order of prefrence, starting with the everyday, and moving toward special occasions (not necessarily cost, though that may be implied). Burbon and whisky will both show.

    Buffalo Trace

Tin Cup (even if it is a "bought" spirit. I respect Jess enough to not turn my nose up at the practice. The end result is good)

    Maker's Mark Single Barrel

Speyburn 10 Year Old (much better than the price would indicate. A bare splash of water opens it up)

Ardberg 10 (just enough peat to let you know what it is)

Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey (Diamond Peak is preferred, but the standard is a fine dram. sign up to help with bottling if you have the means to travel to Denver on short notice)

Jefferson's Reserve Very Small Batch (very complex and worth the money)

    The Macallan 12

Bruichladdich 3D Moine Mhor (very peaty, and strictly for sniffing at this point since it's impossible to find except at auction)

If you ever get access to canadian whiskey and want to try some easy drinking goodness, I highly recommend 40 Creek. Straight, or with a splash of ginger so the lady doesn't start asking questions. Been up that Creek on a few occasions...
