After 18 months of having a rattle can paint job, I am now in position to repaint Pumba.

The painter is prepared to do whatever I like and asked for suggestions and the best I could come up with was the same as it is. His immediate reaction was to at least add some silver to the front fender.

I have no artistic side to work from.

    Obligatory pics:

    Now.

    Any suggestions?

PS. I hope to add these cases later, so the Black/Silver seems to work.

Silver or red pinstripe outlining the tank detail.
A matching stripe on the fender would tie it all together. A 1" wide white stripe with silver or red outline.

    Just my suggestions:
1/4" red stripe to accent the silver
2" or 3" stripe of silver on front fender, with same 1/4" red accent stripe
Silver tuning fork logo on front of tank

I'm not an artist either, so here's a crappy drawing for a visualization

Just depends what your into! I think it looks pretty sweet as is! I think That you could and dark blue pinstripes to accent the silver! Then on the fenders, I would get a silver stripe, with blue pinstripes to accent it! I think that would be sweet!

Or you could get flames! lol ;)

I'm looking to get it done like this:

The red color is the original Brilliant Red, and the blacks are Yamaha Black. Two red stripes on the front fender, which will be cut in the front and extended in the back.
(The thin red lines you see are estimated tangent points for where the front wheel throws dirt)

Erman, I like your illustration. But, I would curve the tank stripes to follow the curvature of the recess in the back of the tank.

Looking at doing a quick test in rattle can color to see how ideas may work.

Currently looking at olive/dark olive/olive drab with gold highlights.
