    Salvete...

I'm getting ready to throw on the 750 master cylinder to suit my 650's new forks/brakes... obviously, i have no need for a break fluid indicator mechanism... Is there a simple way to seal up the hole, or should I just leave the mechanism in there and unused?

I would leave it there and unused. For one thing, you may want to use it later. For another, there aren't many sealants that handle brake fluid well.

    Leave it unused.
Take-out the Internal Float and save it.
Place Heat Shrink on the Pigtail Connectors and secure the Pigtail's end from remaining loose.
Run it along the Harness going into the Headlight and tape the end form moving and shorting.
