Hello everyone, I have a 1982 Xj650 Maxim that I just put resistor plugs on. Need some recommendations for some non-resistor plugs since I am having trouble finding them. Thanks much

The cheapest option would be to remove the resistors from your OEM caps and replace them with strips of 12 gauge copper (from romex house wire). There are videos on YouTube detailing this.

The other excellent option - contact chacal on this board. He has non-resistor boot kits.

    Good luck!

Switched my resistor type plug caps with non-resistor about a year ago, about $2 a piece at the auto parts store.
