Here we go with another stator question :D

My bike has been running ok these past few years, but the other day I decided to check the voltage while charging. When it's revving up, the voltage looks to go up over 15 volts, as opposed to sitting at 14.8 (max). My battery was nearly dead, which led me down this path. Had to bump start it at one point.

While not running, I checked the resistance across those 3 white wires on the 3-way plug (.01 Ohms), and similarly, across the green & brown/orange plug there is pretty low resistance there too. Not close to the .46 & 4 ohms, respectively. here's a video I took...

Would that mean the rotor & Stator are toast here? Next step for me is to remove the starter (to make room) so I can get access to the stator, etc... Those things are getting scarce too eh? I did swap out a spare RR which didn't seem to make any difference.
