Sudden No Spark Issue? XJ700-X

    Hello,

    I have an 85 that has been a nice rider, 2-3 years ago we reshimmed all the vales since it was at 30K miles, installed new Dyna Mini Coils, and otherwise have it all stock. The bike wasn't rode much since I moved to Ohio last year. We installed new carb boots last winter since they were hard and cracked.

    Last week my father brought the bike from PA to my house in OH, we installed a new petcock kit. Now there's no spark? I went ahead and installed a new Motobatt that was fully charged, checked fuses in the dash, ohm'ed out the plug caps, and made sure the wires did not come loose to the mini coils. Not really sure where to go from here, I need to do some reading on how to check if power is getting to the coils and go from there. Have not looked at the stator at all. New plugs on the way but I don't think thats it.
