    So finally got the carbs back on the bike and I’m trying to clean the inside of the tank. What would be my next step after I finish the tank? I know to fill the bowls and try to start but anything before that?

    And this sort of question is why we reccomend (almost require) that members keep all qustions abott a given machine in the same thread.
    Without going back to look at your other threads, there is no context with which to base a reasonable answer upon.
