Having some trouble with my SECA, bike starts up and runs but when I try to shift it into first gear, nothing happens. RPM is unaffected and the clutch seems to be disengaged. What’s going on??? I try shifting into second, third, etc. Nothing. Would appreciate suggestions!

shouldn't the small lever be more parallel to the foot lever? but that won't stop second and third
did it ever work or did it just stop working

Yup, I haven’t screwed them back on yet but the luggage boxes are sweet.

It worked for about 3 miles. When I started riding up a hill, I began to lose the ability to accelerate, and when I pulled over the bike wouldn’t shift anymore. Now I can start it up and shift into first but there is no power

    Well that's a huge clue.
So when you're in first the engine RPMs increase but the motorcycle does not speed up?
You need a new clutch. Frictionplates at the least, but with it slipping that badly you might need the steels too.

This thread covers the procedure. The differences for the 750 are mentioned, but read carefully.
