smaller battery

    Hi fellow riders,

    currently im customizing my XJ650 '82. I am wondering if a smaller battery will work.
    The less visible, the better.
    Like a scooter battery, but im not sure if it will give enough voltage/amps..

    maybe another clever idea? (like stacking A batteries in a clever way, and a small converter to get the right volt/amps)

    But if you want one that will last awhile, I would NOT recommend the lithium battery...

    going cafe style seat put the battery in the tail section of the seat . there is a thread were the battery was put under the swing arm
